This site is the only up to date Thailand site with practical tips and information on everyday living that is realistic by a guy who is passionate about the country. His unbiased view and constant updates is well worth the membership investment and you can only benefit by being part of this great community. The membership cost is amazing value and should be much higher for the information you have access to. Anyone considering becoming a member should read this!! I have been a member for over 2years and the information and weekly updates are truly fantastic, even if your not considering retiring to Thailand but you still have an interest in holidaying becoming a member is a must!! For the price of a few cups of coffee or a couple of drinks you can get a whole months subscription, that's not a lot!! JC is a perfectionist and the quality of his material is exceptional, very interesting , informative and very enjoyable to watch, he ALWAYS returns any queries you may have by e mail. I have followed other people on YouTube etc and whilst some are interesting they honestly are nowhere near as professional as retirecheapasia, if you really really want to see what Thailand is really like and you want to get a very honest overview do yourself a favour and join, you really won't regret it .. For the record I don't know JC personally and I am giving a very honest review here to help anyone who's thinking of visiting or retiring to Thailand ( remember you don't have to be considering retirement to Thailand to find this site helpful, it is still a wealth of information for those just interested in going for a visit) I would never have had the confidence to visit Thailand without becoming a member and I've travelled there two times in two years, the information I got through JCs site was truly invaluable , take care and God bless and enjoy the journey . I've been a member for about 4 years. Why? Because *literally* ever single week, this is something of value. There is data and fact and experience and a trusted opinion. I signed up, turned on payment and never questioned it. Considering JC's time commitment to quality content it still amazes me that he has time to answer individual emails. If you are even the slightest bit on the fence about paying for this it means you should SIGN UP because clearly there is at least a small part of you that is considering getting it. I tell you what, if you sign up and don't like it and cancel it *I* will pay you $10 if you send me an e-mail (thaiMikes@gmail.com) telling my why you seriously don't think this was worth 10 bucks for a month's worth of content. I would honestly like to hear from anyone who believes that they can get this level of experience and almost personalized one-on-one consulting from any other source.
